Tommie Rewards

We are excited to launch our Tommie Rewards Loyalty Program.

The Tommie Rewards loyalty program allows you to earn points on every purchase you make at the University of St. Thomas Campus Stores' three locations (Murray-Herrick Bookstore, Tommie Shop, and Terrance Murphy Hall Bookstore) and online. The more you purchase, the more points you earn!

How it Works

Each time you make a purchase in the Campus Stores, inform the cashier that you are a rewards member. You will be asked to provide your loyalty number. If you are a St. Thomas student or employee please enter your 9 digit ID number. For everyone else, please enter your 10 digit phone number.

If you’re purchasing online, you should check the "Yes" button indicating that you are a rewards customer. Points become available to the customer seven days from date of original purchase.

For every dollar spent on qualifying merchandise in-store and online, you receive 1 loyalty point.

  • You can redeem your points for future purchases – every 100 points equal a $3 discount ($15 for 500 points)
  • To view your points, login to your University of St. Thomas Bookstore account and choose “View Loyalty Account Information”.

Returns

Reward points redeemed on purchases are non-refundable. If you used points to pay for a portion of a purchase, points spent toward your purchase will not be credited back to your account. However, you’ll be refunded any money paid.

Disclaimers and Point Expiration

We reserve the right to cancel the program at any time and for any reason; at which time unredeemed points become invalid.

Points cannot be earned or redeemed on:

  • Fees for not returning new/used rental books
  • Postage, shipping and handling fees
  • Sales tax
  • Gift cards
  • Bus Passes

Points cannot redeemed on:

  • Textbooks and Course Material

Points are for individual use only. Departmental and third-party charge transactions are excluded.

Register for Tommie Rewards

You can register for the Tommie Rewards program at any of the Campus Stores or online. It may take up to one business day from date of purchase OR from date of registration for points to update.

Online Instructions

If you already have a University of St. Thomas Campus Stores profile:

  1. Log in to University of St. Thomas Campus Stores profile using your email address and password.
  2. Select Update your profile.
  3. Scroll towards the bottom of the profile page where you will see the option to enroll in the Tommie Rewards program.
  4. Select Yes to participate.
  5. Enter your 9 digit Student or Faculty/Staff ID. If you are not a Student or Faculty/Staff , enter your 10-digit phone number with no spaces or dashes.
  6. Select the Register button located towards the bottom right, above the footer.

If you don't have a University of St. Thomas Campus Stores profile:

  1. Go to University of St. Thomas Campus Stores.
  2. Select Register Here.
  3. Select Create a Profile for Browsing and Shopping.
  4. Fill out the required information (indicated with an *).
  5. At the bottom of the profile page, you’ll see the area for the Tommie Rewards program.
  6. Select Yes to participate.
  7. Enter your 9 digit Student or Faculty/Staff ID. If you are not a Student or Faculty/Staff, enter your 10-digit phone number with no spaces or dashes.
  8. Select the Register button located towards the bottom right, above the footer.
