Returns Policy

Textbooks and Course Materials

• New Textbooks must be in mint condition with no bent corners, damaged covers, writing or highlighting to receive a full refund.
• Books that are shrink wrapped must be returned fully intact to receive a full refund.
• E-books and physical access code cards may only be returned if they are not activated, accessed or scratched off.
• All textbook and course material returns must be completed within 5 days of the start of semester classes and 5 days for J-Term and Summer Sessions.

Rental textbooks must be returned to the Campus Store by the last day of finals of the term for which they were rented. Books not returned will be charged to the student's account for the difference in price and a $10 fee per book.

General Merchandise

• General Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with original packaging intact and not opened.
• We will be unable to take back merchandise that has been removed from the packaging.
• Customers will be refunded the full amount printed on their register receipt.
• Defective merchandise will be replaced.

Clothing

• Clothing must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• It must not have been worn or washed.
• Original tags must be on all clothing returns.
• Customers will be refunded the full amount printed on their register receipt.
• Defective clothing will be replaced.

Privacy Policy

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. This includes encrypting your credit and debit card number. We do not sell nor share your personal information with anyone.
