Returns Policy

Textbooks

New Textbooks must be in mint condition with no bent corners or damaged covers to receive a full refund. All textbook returns must be completed within 5 days of the start of semester classes and 5 days for J-Term and Summer Sessions.

A receipt is required.

Rental textbooks must be returned to the Campus Store by the last days of finals of the term for which they were rented.  Books not returned will be charged to the student's account for the difference in price and a $10 fee.

General Merchandise

General Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with original packaging intact and not opened. We are sorry, we will be unable to take back merchandise that has been removed from the packaging. Customers will be refunded the full amount printed on their register receipt.

Defective merchandise will be replaced.

A receipt is required.

Clothing

Clothing must be returned within 30 days of purchase. It must not have been worn or washed

Original tags must be on all clothing returns. Customers will be refunded the full amount printed on their register receipt.

Computers - Hardware/Software

All defective computer hardware must be returned to the manufacturer within 5 days from date of purchase.

Software must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges on software that has been opened

A receipt is required.

Privacy Policy

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. This includes encrypting your credit and debit card number.  We do not sell nor share your personal information with anyone
