Textbooks
New Textbooks must be in mint condition with no bent corners or damaged covers.
All textbook returns must be completed within 8 days of the start of semester classes and 5 days for J-Term and Summer sessions. A receipt is required.
General Merchandise
General Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with original packaging intact and not opened. We are sorry but we will be unable to take back merchandise that has been removed from the packaging.
Defective merchandise will be replaced.
A receipt is required.
Clothing
Clothing must be returned within 30 days of purchase. It must not have been worn or washed.
Original tags must be on all clothing returns.
Defective clothing will be replaced.
A receipt is required.
Computers - Hardware/Software
All defective computer hardware must be returned to the manufacturer within 5 days from date of purchase.
Software must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
No refunds or exchanges on software that has been opened.
A receipt is required.
